Overview
I started at Spafinder specifically to work on a stealth startup called "Last Minute," which allowed spas and other service businesses to post their unscheduled appointment times at a considerable discount.
The Problem
Last Minute launched an MVP before my arrival, but the site was almost inoperable. The platform needed mobile optimization during rapid growth in mobile usage to reduce support burden.
